Lowfatlowcarb’s recipe of the week:
- 7oz chicken, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, diced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh tarragon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp grape seed oil
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add chicken; let sear.
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add bell peppers; sauté.
- Then, add garlic and tarragon.
- Lastly, add lime juice and let evaporate.
- Ready to serve!
