- 1 ½ T. chili powder
- 2 T. cumin
- 1 ½ T. paprika
- 1 ½ T. onion powder
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 1/8 to ¼ tsp. cayenne, or to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight jar.
TIP: Recipe makes about 8 Tablespoons. Use approximately 1 T. per 1 lb of lean ground protein.
