- 7 oz ground turkey
- 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken stock, low sodium
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- In a hot non-stick pan, add turkey.
- Add cabbage, chicken stock and all spices; let sear until cabbage is soft and until there is no more liquid.
Place all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
