- 7 oz pork loin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Tamari Sauce, low-fat low-carb
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- In a hot non-stick pan add pork, sauté.
- Add celery; let cook 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, let cook and add garlic powder.
- Add spinach for a few seconds and sprinkle with Tamari.
- Ready to serve!
