Ingredients
- 7 oz chicken, grounded
- 1 cup asparagus, blanched
- 1 cup vegetable sauce
- 1 bag Shirataki angel hair noodles
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup celery, diced
- ¼ tsp grape seed oil
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together chicken, cumin pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and celery.
- In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and meatballs.
- When the meatballs are thoroughly cooked, add vegetable sauce, asparagus and noodles; let simmer for approximately one minute.
- Ready to serve!
