- 8 oz salmon
- olive oil, mist
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- cajun seasoning, to taste
- Spray the salmon fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic powder and/or other seasonings, to taste.
- Place salmon in a cold oven (skin side down unless salmon is skinless) on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with olive oil.
- Turn oven to 400 degrees; bake 25 minutes. The salmon comes out tender, moist and flaky – absolutely perfect. A no-fail method.
