- 6 oz fresh salmon, filet
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Jamaican Jerk Sauce, low fat low carb
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- In an oven safe dish, place salmon.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and evenly spread on Jerk sauce; place in oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
- Once salmon is cooked, place on a bed of mixed greens and sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Ready to serve!
