- 1 pkg IP Cereal, crushed
- 1 pkg maple oatmeal
- 1 tbsp oil (or butter if you choose)
- 1 egg white
Mix all ingredients together and press into silicone muffin liners, bake at 350 for 10 mins or until start to brown.
Tip: put some warm water in a bowl and wet your fingers to press mixture in to muffin cups.
- 1 pkg butterscotch putdding, prepared
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients together, pour into baked shells and return to oven until they stop jiggling and brown on the top (about 20 mins). Chill in fridge at least 1 hr.
Recipe makes 6 tarts.
