- 1 bag 16-20 oz frozen green beans
- 2pkg. IP Soup (Mushroom, Leek or Chicken) prepared to pkg. directions
- 1 tsp low sodium Soy Sauce, or Braggs Liquid Aminos
- Dash of Pepper
- Rosemary (Optional)
- 1pkg. Garlic and Onion Soy Nuts, crushed
- Combine: soup, soy sauce, pepper, and beans in a 1 1/2 – quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins or until bean mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Stir mixture.
- Sprinkle with crushed soy nuts.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
