1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp grape seed oil
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp white or black sesame seeds
1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) chunks
- In a large bowl, combine green onions, soy sauce, grape seed oil, ginger, garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Juice and zest your orange, it should yield about ½ juice and 2 tbsp zest. Add juice and zest to bowl and mix ingredients together.
- In the same bowl, add in cubed pork and coat thoroughly. Once evenly coated, cover bowl and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
