- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup tomato, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ tsp grape seed oil
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and pork; let sear.
Now, add bell peppers, tomatoes, sea salt and pepper.
When the pork is cooked add cilantro to the pan.
Ready to serve!
