- 1/4 tsp grape seed oil
- 7 oz chicken, cubed
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon zest
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
In a hot non-stick pan with grapeseed oil, add chicken; let cook.
While the chicken is cooking, add lemon zest.
Now, remove from heat and add spinach to pan; let cook (off heat) and drizzle with lemon juice.
Ready to serve!
