- 4 cups zucchini, noodles
- 2 oz cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, pearls
- 1 oz fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt,
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients in another bowl and toss together.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
