- 1/4 tsp grape seed oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 7 oz beef flank steak , thinly sliced
- 1 cup brocoli, blanched
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add mushrooms; let cook.
- Now add flank steak; let sear.
- Then, add broccoli; let heat.
- Lastly, place everything on a plate and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Ready to serve!
