- 7 oz chicken filet
- 2 cups long green beans, blanched & sliced in two
- 5 tbsp red pepper coulis
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tbsp bamboo shoot, blanched & sliced
- 1 tsp Jamaican pepper, julienned
- 1 tsp grape seed oil
- sea salt & pepper, to taste
- In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, chicken, sea salt and pepper; let sear on both sides.
- Add bamboo shoots, pickled ginger and Jamaican pepper.
- Add red pepper coulis and green beans.
- Ready to serve!
